INTERNET BRANCH ACCESS-
In January 2007 Utilities Federal Credit Union updated the Internet Branch Access technology to include Multi-Factor authentication. This is intended to provide you with the best security possible when accessing your account online.
This update consists of validation and authentication of an individual using more than one method of verification. Along with the Account Number and PIN, you will be required to answer “Challenge Questions.”
These questions consist of personal information that only you would know. At the time of first login you will be prompted with these “Challenge Questions.” You must answer each question and remember how you answered. For subsequent logins, you will be presented one of these questions and must answer the questions the same way to gain access into your account.
